VIDEO SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Video Upload Deadline: September 19, 2022

1. Provide your name, HotCRP submission ID, and email address to the general chair at khan@uconn.edu to request the upload link. You will receive an email from filelocker@uconn.edu with the instructions to upload your video file.
2. Video Requirements: MP4 format, H.264 codec, 1920x1080 resolution (1080p, 16:9 aspect ratio). Please make sure each video is under 500MB.
3. Submission video - all papers (10 minutes). During your conference slot, you are expected to deliver a 10-minute presentation, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. If there are technical difficulties while trying to deliver your presentation live, we will use the video instead.
4. Optional long presentation video (20 minutes): Please upload a 20 minute video on YouTube and make it availble for public viewing. If provided by the video upload deadline, this video will be linked to the technical program on the SEED 2022 website. Note that long presentation YouTube link is optional.
5. To submit your submission video, please name your files using the following format (all lowercase, where paperid is the HotCRP submission ID of the paper): [paperid]_[last_name].mp4
